Maintenance Technicians (Mechanical process, Mechanical Utilities& PHL, Mechanical Turbomachinery, Electrical, Instrument& Automation).

Qualifications, Experience and Competency:

Engineering Diploma in respective discipline (12+3 years).
06 years relevant and hands-on experience in respective discipline, in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and competency.
Hands-on experience of the Work order part of EAM (enterprise asset maintenance) module of SAP would be preferable.

Instrument Technician Job Description:

Shall have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of the following types of Instruments.
Transmitters (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature).
Switches (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature).
Analyzers (pH and Conductivity).
Vibration Instrumentation (Accelerometers, Velometers, Proximity Probes, Speed Probes, Proximitors)
Valves (Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Solenoid Valves).
Valve Accessories (Solenoid Valves, Valve Pneumatic and Electropneumatic Positioners, Pneumatic Relays, Air Regulators and Filters, Lubricators).
Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Hand tools.
Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Test Instruments in calibration, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of instruments.
Shall have hands-on experience in the removal, installation, and adjustment of vibration probes as per machine requirement.
Shall have the proven competency and experience required in the relevant Scope of Work.
Shall have basic report-writing skills.
Shall be able to communicate well in written & spoken English.
Shall have an awareness about safety requirements of working in a Fertilizer Plant.
Shall be well versed with work permit system in large scale process industries.
Shall have an awareness with PPEs used in a Fertilizer Plant.
Housekeeping shall be done on completion of jobs / activities and ensures workplace is clean, tidy & safe.
Record keeping in CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
Good HSEQ (health safety environment & quality) record in his past working.
Read, understand, and support execute the jobs as per standard operating procedure/ work instruction.
