Experience: 5–10 Years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Certification: UPDA Certification (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret civil and structural drawings, IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) prior to project execution.
Prepare and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), technical queries, and design clarification requests to resolve engineering issues.
Plan, supervise, and monitor civil construction activities, including excavation, concrete works, foundations, and structural works.
Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, applicable international standards, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams to arrange inspections and obtain the required approvals before proceeding with subsequent construction activities.
Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to project schedules, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.
Provide technical guidance and support to the site team to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
5–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
Valid UPDA Certification (mandatory).
Strong ability to interpret civil and structural drawings, IFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and quality control procedures.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in preparing RFIs, technical queries, and engineering documentation.
