Safety Officer
  • Work location: Qatar
Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH Certified
  • Min 2-5 Years of Oil & Gas experience in Qatar
  • Experience in Electrical / MEP works

Duties:
  • Implement & Maintain Safety Standards
  • Practice Safe Working Technique
  • Compile Safety Programs
  • Conduct Risk Assessment & enforce Preventive measures
  • Review existing policies & measures and update them according to legislation
  • Inspect premises & the work personnel to identify issues or non-conformity
  • Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
  • Stop any unsafe actions / process that seems dangerous or unhealthy
  • Record & investigate incidents to determine the cause
  • Handle workers complaints & compensation claims
  • Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statical information to management
  • Coordinate with client HSE department & plant HSE personnels.
  • Manage & oversee safety program for all staff
  • Develop and implement safety solutions for employees
  • Maintain job site clean & Safe
  • Conduct TBT & trainings
