About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Oil & Gas projects and diversified business operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and mobilizing candidates for technical, engineering, corporate, and support functions within Qatar. The role requires strong knowledge of the local labor market, recruitment channels, and visa/mobilization processes. 

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding. 
  •  Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, networking, and internal databases. 
  •  Handle recruitment for Oil & Gas positions including Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, HSE, Operations, and Project Support roles. 
  •  Support hiring requirements across diversified business divisions such as Trading, Contracting, Facilities Management, IT, Administration, Finance, and Sales. 
  •  Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments. 
  •  Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates. 
  •  Verify candidate qualifications, certifications, and employment history. 
  •  Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports. 
  •  Coordinate mobilization, visa processing, and onboarding activities. 
  •  Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company recruitment policies. 
  •  Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future projects. 
  •  Negotiate compensation packages and prepare employment offers. 
  •  Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry networks. 
  •  Participate in career fairs and recruitment campaigns. 

Required Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  •  Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in Qatar. 
  •  Proven experience in Oil & Gas recruitment is mandatory. 
  •  Experience handling diversified and high-volume recruitment requirements. 
  •  Strong understanding of technical and engineering positions. 
  •  Familiarity with Qatar labor regulations and recruitment procedures. 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Recruitment software. 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines. 

Preferred Requirements:
  •  Immediate joiner. 
  •  Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa. 
  •  Existing network within Oil & Gas and contracting sectors. 
  •  Experience dealing with EPC, Maintenance, Shutdown, and Turnaround projects. 
  •  Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
