Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Solutions Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the development and maintenance of web portals, websites, business intelligence reports, ERP customizations, and other digital solutions.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior developer who is interested in working across web development, BI reporting, ERP solutions, and business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web portals and websites.
Design and develop BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Perform ERP report development and customizations.
Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications.
Work with Excel for data analysis, reporting, and business requirements.
Support digital content and solutions using Adobe programs.
Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements.
Participate in testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment activities.
Learn and apply new technologies to improve digital solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
Strong interest in software development and digital solutions.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication and documentation skills.
