Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Cost & Planning Engineer with experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects to support project planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, and progress tracking. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6/MS Project).
- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
- Support cost control, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Track project performance and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule alignment.
- Identify project delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in resource planning and project cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with EPC project requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Experience in project planning and cost control.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in Qatar/GCC is preferred.
