Work Location: Al Banush Club, Mesaieed Responsible for dining hall and tea pantry service operations, ensuring efficient food service, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality/Catering.
- Shall have three (3) years of experience in industrial catering, camps, or institutional dining.
- HACCP Certified.
- Basic computer skills for reporting.
- Course certificate in Basic first aid and CPR Responsibilities and Tasks.
- Ensure smooth and timely service of meals to all customers.
- Monitor service quality and ensure HACCP standard process are followed.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain a friendly, respectful, and service-oriented atmosphere.
- Ensure proper setup of dining hall (tables, counters, service stations).
- Monitor cleanliness, arrangement, and overall appearance.
- Control crowd flow, especially during peak mealtimes.
- Ensure adequate seating and smooth turnover.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food replenishment.
- Monitor and record food temperature in self-contained digital tablet.
- Enforce hygiene standards (HACCP, food safety, personal hygiene).
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Conduct regular checks and report non-compliance.
- Ensure availability of service items (trays, dispensers, etc.).
- Maintain daily service logs and attendance records.
- Report operational issues, shortages, or incidents to management.
- Maintenance upkeep of pantry equipments.
