Responsible for dining hall and tea pantry service operations, ensuring efficient food service, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Education, Skills and Experience:
  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality/Catering.
  • Shall have three (3) years of experience in industrial catering, camps, or institutional dining.
  • HACCP Certified.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting.
  • Course certificate in Basic first aid and CPR Responsibilities and Tasks.
  • Ensure smooth and timely service of meals to all customers.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure HACCP standard process are followed.
  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain a friendly, respectful, and service-oriented atmosphere.
  • Ensure proper setup of dining hall (tables, counters, service stations).
  • Monitor cleanliness, arrangement, and overall appearance.
  • Control crowd flow, especially during peak mealtimes.
  • Ensure adequate seating and smooth turnover.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food replenishment.
  • Monitor and record food temperature in self-contained digital tablet.
  • Enforce hygiene standards (HACCP, food safety, personal hygiene).
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular checks and report non-compliance.
  • Ensure availability of service items (trays, dispensers, etc.).
  • Maintain daily service logs and attendance records.
  • Report operational issues, shortages, or incidents to management.
  • Maintenance upkeep of pantry equipments.
